Reservation Procedure

1. Advance payment:The reservation is confirmed after payment of a deposit ranging from 30% to 65% of the total amount.

   • The amount of the deposit is determined by the owner based on the timing and length of the stay.
   • Failure to pay the deposit within 5 days of making a phone reservation will be treated as a cancellation.

2. Payment details:

   • Transfer title: Please provide the dates of your stay, the number of people, and whether the stay includes meals.

3. Check-in times:

   • Check-in starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
   • In case of early arrival, please inform the owner in advance.

4. Polityka COVID-19:

   • W przypadku ograniczeń związanych z przemieszczaniem się z powodu COVID-19, zaliczki zostaną zwrócone do 180 dni roboczych od wprowadzenia stosownych regulacji przez rząd.
   • Alternatywnie, zaliczkę można przełożyć na dowolny termin.
