WARUNKI POBYTU<\/p>

1. Guests are obliged to follow the rules of the accommodation and to use all facilities in accordance with their intended purpose.<\/p>


2. In the event of damage, they undertake to immediately repair it or cover the repair costs.<\/p>


3. If the number of guests renting accommodation is higher than indicated in the referral, the accommodation owner has the right to:
\u2013 refusing to accept additional persons
\u2013 charging an additional fee
\u2013 withdrawal from the contract due to the fault of the guests.<\/p>


4. At the beginning and end of the rental period, an inventory and check of the condition of the rooms will be made by the owner of the accommodation unit and the guest.<\/p>


5. The accommodation reservation will be confirmed when the required fees are paid on the agreed date.<\/p>


6. The guest cannot, without the consent of the owner of the accommodation unit, accept additional people for overnight stays in the rented rooms, treating them as his or her guests.<\/p>


7. The owner of the accommodation unit is obliged to make the rooms and equipment included in the rented accommodation available to the tourist.<\/p>


8. A guest who shortens the period of stay at the accommodation unit does not receive a refund for unused accommodation, even on the day of arrival - the amount paid will be forfeited.<\/p>


9. The accommodation provider shows the customer where to park the car, but is not responsible for damage caused by third parties.<\/p>


10. Please send all comments about your stay to the owner immediately, and serious reservations should be reported to the owner in writing. Complaints submitted after the end of the service will not be considered and will not be refunded.<\/p>


11. Paying the deposit is tantamount to accepting the terms and conditions of renting the accommodation.<\/p>


12. In case of cancellation of services, the entire deposit paid is non-refundable. Legal basis: \"Tourism Act\" of December 4, 1997.<\/p>
